Campaign ToolBox - Kentucky
The Kentucky version of Campaign ToolBox is the third in the series of Campaign ToolBox programs. This version is ordered directly through the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance (KREF) by submitting a Request Agreement.
The Kentucky Registry of Election Finance provides for Campaign ToolBox via download only. If you would like to have the program sent to you on CD, you will need to order the CD yourself ($10 plus shipping). Please see the KY Setup Instructions for CD ordering information.
This page contains links for two downloadable files - the full program file, and the update file. The update file is used only when you already have a fully functional version of Campaign ToolBox already installed on your computer. Updates include all prior versions, so you only need to have one update file.
The full program install file contains the complete installation. The program always loads in Trial Mode, so there is no password or code required to download and install the program. Registration information is entered into the database during initial program setup.

To install Campaign ToolBox:
- Click on the Download button (below)
- When prompted, save the file to your Windows Desktop folder. Do not run it from the web site.
- After the file is downloaded, you will see a file name icon on your desktop. Double-click on it to run it. Use the defaults unless you have a very specific reason to do otherwise.
- After installing, please read the KY Setup Instructions for further information.

Campaign ToolBox is updated regularly as reporting requirements change and as new features are added. Please be sure to take advantage of that and always have the latest version of the program. This is especially important immediately before preparing your statutory reports.
The current version of Campaign ToolBox KY is

- you can see what version you have by clicking on the menu item Help > About Campaign ToolBox. The version is also displayed on the Opening form.
To update your program:
- Click on the Download button (below)
