Demographic Form
Each person or organization has a unique Demographic record to which all of their transactions are linked. No need to manually eliminate duplicate records when creating letters or labels; no need to re-enter data about an existing entity; correcting an item on one record corrects it on all records. The fields on the "User Defined" tab can be named in Setup so you can track any kind of data your campaign needs. One of the User Defined fields is a drop down list that you can fill with your own selections, two are True/False, and one is for currency. The fields on the "Association" tab are designed to track members in an association or PAC. Note that unlike some other programs, there is no need to manually create a demographic record - it is automatically created when you enter a contribution, expense, or other record.
