• The "Informal Name" field is used for mail-merge letters. If nothing is entered, this record would print a letter with a salutation of "Dear Mr. Lee," but since an informal name is present, it will begin with "Dear Robert,"
• Use the "Source" field to track where your contributions are coming from so you can learn where your efforts are paying off.
