Newberry Account

This account is to pay for the property taxes and maintenance of the Newberry farm house and for reunion expenses.

Notes:

1. This account begins with all income during and after the 2001 reunion and all expenses after the 2001 reunion. The 2001 reunion expenses exceed the balance remaining from last year.

2. The bank account was opened on 06/04/2001 at SouthTrust Bank in DeLeon Springs, FL, and is a joint account with "Stephen McGehee" and "Colleen Winburn" on the account. Either person can sign the checks.

3. The account name is "Stephen McGehee - Newberry Account".

4. Donations to the account should be made out to "Stephen McGehee - Newberry Account", and sent to: Steve McGehee, 2055 Bond Road, DeLand, FL 32720-4531.

5. Annual property taxes are a bit over $500. There is also a small monthly power bill.

6. In addition to the account information being posted here, the receipts, monthly statements, and the canceled checks will be available at the reunions. Someone from the family (other than Steve or Colleen) will be asked to audit the account at each reunion. Contributions by check will be individually identified by check number; beyond that, all contributions will remain anonymous.

7. Account type changed on 02/28/2002 to no-service charge as along as $500 balance is maintained ($10 service charge if it dips below).
