Please don't hesitate to call or email if you have a question or if there is anything I can help you with. While some things work better over the phone, most things work better by email since I can attach relevant tech support documents, order forms, etc; however, please use whatever means you are most comfortable with.

I work from an office in my home, so evenings and weekends are "fair game", so if you've got a question - go ahead and call. If you get the voice mail outside of regular business hours, please be sure to indicate how late in the evening is OK to return the call - otherwise it will be returned the next business day.

When sending email, please check before including any attachments. You wouldn't open an unknown attachment to an email and I won't either. It's just not safe to do.

Email, phone, and fax information on this web site is only included as part of a graphics file. That means you can't just click on it to send an email. You can thank the low-life inhabitants of the web who scour the web for spam victims for that.
